Enter scores once. TournamentLab recalculates pool positions, resolves Sunday teams, and identifies schedule conflicts.
Start from the club template, customize it for this event, then prepare coach email and text updates.
See the full financial picture for the active tournament—money in, money out, and what still needs review.

Combine both sources into one event balance without storing card details or pretending to replace accounting software.
Plan RISE family commitments, fill operational shifts, and keep referee assignments aligned with the game schedule.
Every tournament time block appears automatically. The board enters the referee for each court; referee assignments do not count toward family volunteer hours.

Drafted by TournamentLab. Nothing sends without board approval.
Production enforcement happens on the server. A copied public tournament link can never unlock the coaches’ room.
The pilot uses email only. Consent, unsubscribe status, delivery receipts, and failures remain private.
Emergency and mass announcements always require board approval. Transactional notices can be enabled after live messaging is connected.
A private Rolodex for verified club contacts and tournament announcement drafts.

Your private workspace is live; payment and outbound-email connections stay off until the board adds those accounts.

When another club purchases TournamentLab, it receives its own administrators, branding, tournament templates, payments, families, schedules, and records. RISE information never carries into the new workspace.

Pricing will be validated after the private pilot. Square processing stays in each club or team’s own seller account.
Each hosting team connects its own Square seller account once. Every tournament then points to the correct account and location before a checkout link is created.
Server-side roles, private club records and event-scoped access are now structured in Supabase. Public pages receive only deliberately published, non-private tournament information.
Board controls, coach access and host-family tools are separate from the public tournament page.
Only board-reviewed club, team, payment-status and volunteer-planning records have been added.
Messages, refunds, acceptance decisions, and data changes remain human-controlled.
TournamentLab first saves the team, contact, division, amount due, roster rule, and selected payment method.
For cards, TournamentLab creates a Square-hosted payment link tied to that registration and sends the buyer to checkout.
A verified Square webhook updates the matching record to paid, failed, refunded, or needs reconciliation.
The record stays pending until an authorized board member marks it received; TournamentLab records who changed it and when.
